I started working with Sara in 2022 doing health coaching. After I felt really comfortable with my relationship around food I asked her if she would be willing to do macro coaching with me to help me get in shape for my wedding. She created a program for me that included a weightlifting to schedule both in and out of the gym and macro goals to reach every week. I lost 20 pounds working with Sara and have kept it off since the wedding! I truly think the fundamentals she helped me learn in health coaching set me up for success when it came to macro coaching. I feel better than I ever have in my life and even though I moved out of state and cannot work with her anymore I still use all the skills she taught me to live a healthy life! I would 100% recommend  working with Sara. She isn't going to offer a quick fix, you will have to put the work in but it's so worth it! She has such amazing energy and I miss being able to work with her every week so much.

I hired Sara as a personal trainer and health coach and regret neither decision. Her health coaching was a great kickstarter for me to reset in a healthy and sustainable way. "I reached out to Sara when I was feeling really low about my body image. I had a baby the year prior, and I was having a hard time just getting back to feeling like MYSELF. Working out was never a regular thing in my routine, and putting on that extra baby weight, plus being too exhausted to cook and eating entirely too much takeout, I needed some help. At first we did Health Coaching and it was just what I needed to get back into a good relationship with food and really nourishing myself - really putting myself on the priority list. The next month, we switched to Personal Training 1x per week for 30 minutes and it's been GREAT!
