  • I will partner with you to help you seek self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with your values, which promote health & wellness, and enhance your well being. I will help you determine HOW to reach your goals. I will support you to make these meaningful changes with the ultimate goal for you to become a self manager to maintain ongoing healthy habits.

    Consultation 15 minutes

    No pressure, no commitment. FREE. Let’s chat for 15 minutes & see if we are a good fit. During this conversation, we get to know each other, you tell me what you are looking for and then we go from there.

    Assessment 60-75 minutes

    During this meeting, we will go over your health history, any symptoms you are experiencing, and your vision and goals for yourself. During this time, you can tell me anything you’d like that you think would be helpful for our time working together. We will then start to set some goals for you.

    Follow-up Appointments 30-45 minutes

    Appointments will last 30-45 minutes & you will have two appointments per month. During these appointments, we will discuss your progress towards your goals, break down any challenges that you have faced & celebrate the wins. We will curate a plan each meeting for you to move forward in your journey. After each appointment, you will receive a document from me. In this document, you will have a recap of the meeting, any recommendations I have for you, meal prep ideas, specific handouts for you, and more.

    NOTE: If you choose this plan, I require a 3 month commitment, as real change & creating new habits takes time. You must invest time into yourself to implement lasting changes. After your first 3 months, you can go month-to-month if you’d like, we can reassess your needs once we get to that point. (Most success is typically seen with 6 months +, however 3 months is the minimum commitment required.

    *You will have unlimited access to me via text & I will check in with you at the beginning of each week. You can message me at anytime & I will respond within 24 hours.

    PRICE: $245/month
    (payment can be made monthly or all three months upfront)

  • Are you someone that already has a healthy relationship with food? Do you want to understand what you are putting your body from a macronutrient level? This coaching is for you. I will help you to calculate your macros. You will receive a macro handout which includes break down of macronutrients, examples, and tips. We will have a virtual meeting once a month. We will have weekly check ins via text. You will have 24/7 access to me via text. Please reach out to me for more information.

    PRICE: $175/month

    NOTE: I require a 3-month commitment as change takes time.
