This is personal training — built entirely around you and your goals.
If you're local, we can discuss in-person 1:1 sessions or customized workouts for you to complete on your own. If you're not local, we’ll create a remote training plan tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and equipment access.
No cookie-cutter programs here. Everyone has different goals, schedules, and preferences, and I’ll work with you to find a training approach that’s realistic, effective, and truly works for you.

I’m here to partner with you as you create lasting, self-directed changes that align with your values and support your overall well-being. Free Consultation – 15 Minutes
No pressure, no commitment — just a chance to connect. We’ll spend 15 minutes chatting about what you’re looking for and whether this feels like a good fit for both of us.Initial Assessment – 60 to 75 Minutes
This first deep-dive session covers your health history, current symptoms, and your vision for where you want to go. You’ll have space to share anything you feel is important, and we’ll begin setting intentional goals that feel aligned and achievable.Follow-Up Sessions – 30 to 45 Minutes (2 per month)
These bi-weekly check-ins are where the real work happens. We’ll track your progress, troubleshoot any roadblocks, celebrate your wins, and adjust your plan as needed. After each session, you’ll receive a personalized recap with notes, recommendations, meal prep ideas, handouts, and more to support you between sessions.A Note on Commitment:
This plan requires a minimum 3-month commitment, because true change takes time and consistency. Investing in yourself over a period of time is the best way to build habits that stick. After the initial 3 months, we can move to month-to-month based on your needs. (Most clients see the most success with 6 months or more.)
*I’m available to my clients Monday through Friday and respond within 24 hours. I’m offline on weekends to rest and recharge, and I’ll respond to any messages sent over the weekend on Monday.

Already have a healthy relationship with food and want to take things a step further? This coaching is for you. Together, we’ll explore what you’re putting into your body from a macronutrient perspective so you can fuel yourself with more intention and clarity.
You’ll receive a personalized macro calculation, along with a detailed handout that includes a breakdown of macronutrients, food examples, and practical tips to make tracking simple and sustainable.
We’ll meet virtually once a month, and you’ll also get weekly text check-ins for accountability, support, and guidance along the way.
I’m available Monday through Friday and respond within 24 hours. I’m offline on weekends to rest and recharge, and I’ll respond to any messages sent over the weekend on Monday.

We’ll spend about an hour together discussing your current habits, challenges, and goals. You’ll leave the call with more clarity and direction — plus a personalized Google Doc recap outlining everything we covered, along with actionable steps and a plan you can begin implementing right away.
PRICE: $75*there is no ongoing support after this call from me, if you are interested in ongoing support, coaching is what you need.
