If you're local, we can discuss in-person 1:1 sessions or customized workouts for you to complete on your own. If you're not local, we’ll create a remote training plan tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and equipment access. I use an app called Trainerize for written workout programs, which has video demos/ability to modify as needed and is user friendly!

No cookie-cutter programs here. Everyone has different goals, schedules, and preferences, and I’ll work with you to find a training approach that’s realistic, effective, and truly works for you.

Free Consultation – 15 Minutes
No pressure, no commitment…a chance to connect. We’ll spend 15 minutes chatting about what you’re looking for and whether this feels like a good fit for both of us.

Initial Assessment – 60 to 75 Minutes
This first deep-dive session covers your health history, current symptoms, and your vision for where you want to go. You’ll have space to share anything you feel is important, and we’ll begin setting intentional goals that feel aligned and achievable.

Follow-Up Sessions – 45 to 60 Minutes (2 per month)
These bi-weekly calls are where the real work happens. We’ll track your progress, troubleshoot any roadblocks, celebrate your wins, and adjust your plan as needed. After each session, you’ll receive a personalized recap with notes, recommendations, meal prep ideas, handouts, and more to support you between sessions. We check in weekly via text and you have access to me M-F through text.

A Note on Commitment:

This plan requires a minimum 3-month commitment, because true change takes time and consistency. Investing in yourself over a period of time is the best way to build habits that stick. After the initial 3 months, we can move to month-to-month based on your needs. (Most clients see the most success with 6 months or more.)

I’m available to my clients Monday through Friday and respond within 24 hours. I’m offline on weekends to rest and recharge, and I’ll respond to any messages sent over the weekend on Monday.

I offer a ONE TIME Strategy Call: We’ll spend 45 minutes together discussing your current habits, challenges, and goals. You’ll leave the call with more clarity and direction — plus a personalized Google Doc recap outlining everything we covered, along with actionable steps and a plan you can begin implementing right away.

A blend of personalized training and health coaching to help you build consistency and confidence. This offer includes custom workout plans (via the Trainerize app), weekly health coaching check ins, 2 calls per month, in-app messaging support, habit & lifestyle guidance. 24/7 access to me.

This is the package for you if you are wanting FULL support with fitness and nutrition. This is basically like having me in your back pocket for all things health and fitness.

Strength Social is a donation-based community workout held every other Saturday in East Nashville. Designed for all fitness levels, these full-body strength workouts are a chance to build strength, challenge yourself, and connect with others in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you're new to strength training or have years of experience, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
