As your health coach, I will not be giving you a meal plan, but rather we will explore nutrition and food in another way, I believe in intuitive eating and with that comes learning about food so that you can be intuitive. Without knowledge of food and nutrition it can make it difficult to be intuitive. I will help you to understand nutrition in order to make the choices to feel your best.
