After a near-fatal car accident that resulted in a stroke, traumatic brain injury, and a dozen broken bones, I spent a long time recovering. The recovery was difficult—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With the help of physical, occupational, and speech therapy, I slowly began to rebuild my life.

That experience changed the trajectory of my life. It reshaped my perspective and set me on a path I never could’ve imagined. It would eventually bring me full circle as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

For over five years, I worked in hospital settings (inpatient rehab and acute care) helping patients navigate some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. I supported those recovering from strokes, TBIs, spinal cord injuries, heart disease, and more. Through this work, I began to understand: our health is never just about one thing. It's all connected—the way we eat, move, rest, think, and relate to the world around us.

In 2018, my own health began to unravel.I hadn't had a period in five years. My hair was thinning. I was exhausted every morning, constantly craving, and completely out of sync with my body. When I brought these concerns to my doctor, I was told it was "normal" and advised to "just try to stress less."

This was my turning point.

I realized that if I wanted to heal, I'd have to take ownership of my health. I dove into research, eventually worked with a functional medicine doctor, and learned that a woman's cycle is considered a fifth vital sign—a key indicator of overall health. As I peeled back the layers, I began to understand what my body truly needed. Slowly but surely, I found what worked for me and finally felt healthy from the inside out.

What I discovered along the way is the foundation of my work today.

I believe health requires both strength and stillness.

Strength is building a resilient body through movement, nourishment, and habits that support your goals. Stillness is creating space to listen to yourself, slow down, recover, and reconnect with what matters most. Too often, we're taught to chase health through extremes—more discipline, more restriction, more hustle. But lasting change rarely comes from fighting yourself. It comes from learning to work with yourself.

That philosophy became the foundation of Strength & Stillness, my approach to coaching women toward sustainable health, a peaceful relationship with food, and confidence in their bodies.

I became an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to feel better in their bodies and their lives—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. My work is rooted in compassion, education, and sustainability because healing shouldn't feel overwhelming. It felt overwhelming for me, and I want to help others navigate the process with more clarity, confidence, and support.

I'm a Nashville native, dog mom, fitness enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors. But more than anything, I'm someone who believes that investing in yourself is worth it—and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Here’s what I know for sure:
You’ll never hate yourself into a version of yourself that you love.

Thanks for being here. I’m so glad our paths crossed.
