After years of work and peeling back all the layers, I finally found what works for me. I finally feel healthy from the inside out. I decided that helping other women feel their best — in their bodies and their minds — is the most important work I can do. Investing in yourself is worth it, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I’m a Nashville native, dog mom, fitness enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors. I’m also an ACE Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). My passion for health and wellness runs deep — but it became personal after a life-altering experience at 19.
After a near-fatal car accident that resulted in a stroke, traumatic brain injury, and a dozen broken bones, I spent months confined to a hospital bed. The recovery process was grueling — physically, mentally, and emotionally. With the help of physical, occupational, and speech therapy, I slowly began to rebuild my life. That experience changed everything. It’s what led me to become a COTA myself — bringing my story full circle.
For 5.5 years, I worked in a hospital setting (inpatient rehab and acute care), supporting patients with strokes, traumatic brain injuries, heart disease, spinal cord injuries, and more. I began to see how deeply connected everything is: the food we eat, how we move, our stress levels, our relationships — all of it matters.
And then my own health took a turn.
By 2018, I hadn’t had a period in nearly five years. My hair was thinning. I woke up exhausted every day, couldn’t sleep through the night, and my cravings were constant. My relationship with food felt out of control, and I didn’t recognize myself. When I brought this to my doctor, I was told it was “normal” and to “just try to stress less.” That was the moment I realized I needed to take my health into my own hands.
Through research, I learned that a woman’s cycle is considered a fifth vital sign. I started peeling back the layers — reading, learning, and eventually working with a functional medicine doctor to get to the root cause. It wasn’t quick or easy, but over time I found what worked for me. I finally felt healthy from the inside out — and I knew I wanted to help other women do the same.
That’s why I became a Certified Health Coach. I started this business to support and empower women to better understand their bodies, heal their relationship with food, build sustainable habits through movement and mindset, and create a lifestyle that feels aligned, not overwhelming.
While what I went through was incredibly hard, I’m grateful for it. It gave me the purpose and passion to help others navigate their own path to healing.
Because here’s what I know for sure: you’ll never hate yourself into a version of yourself that you love.
I’m here to help you approach your health with compassion, curiosity, and confidence.
Thanks for being here — I’m so glad our paths crossed.
